We are really excited about this blog post because we are featuring one of our favorite vendors: Promise Event Planners! We got in contact with Payton and had her answer a few questions about weddings and working with us!
Tell us about yourself and where you’re based!
My name is Payton Bernstine and I’m the owner of Promise Event Planners. We are a wedding planning and event design company that specializes in modern, non traditional weddings with surprise elements in every event. I am a Colorado native based in Denver but I do weddings all over our beautiful state.
What is your favorite part of the planning process with a client?
My favorite part of the planning process would definitely be the design consultation and creation of the overall look and feel of an event. It allows me to think outside of the box and be creative with each of my clients and their likes and dislikes.

Can you share a memory about working with Diamond Empire Band?
All of my favorite memories of Diamond Empire Band are definitely made on the dance floor! One of my favorites was when the band inspired a group of 20 men to start a kick line in front of the stage. It was so hilarious and so fun!
Share one of your most memorable experiences as a wedding planner. Some of my most memorable moments as a planner are the little things that go wrong. No matter how much we plan things down to the tiniest detail there will always be hiccups and that makes each wedding unique and special.
